Moore Food & Co.: Authentic Cheesesteaks in Portland

Great cheesesteaks (from someone from PA!). Awesome service. And a really cool environment. Great spot to have a beer and chill :)

Been maybe ten times over the years. The cheesesteak is legit. Amoroso's bread. Check. Real Cheez Whiz. Check. One of my favorite things about this cart is I don't have to subtract anything. "Cheesesteak with whiz." Is there anywhere else in town where you can order a cheesesteak and just get bread, steak, and cheese? Never been to Philly, but I've had more than my fair share of this sandwich. It does the basics right. Highly recommend the Monte Cristo egg rolls. Syrup and preserves on the side. It's sort of perfect. Owner, please don't ever remove it from the menu. :) They have a very cool covered outdoor space, and the staff has always been kind. Dog friendly. I've only had my orders to go, but it's a nice atmosphere. Check the photos. It's very Portland in the best way. Prices are reasonable. Depending on time and day, you may have to park a couple blocks away.

Very nice place to eat and hang out! Second time here so far. The philly cheese steaks are fantastic! They can also be made pretty dang spicy. I love their french fries too. The staff is friendly and there's a cozy semi-ourdoor area to enjoy your meal.

I went for the weekend Breakfast Club that happens from 9-12 and enjoyed the bacon breakfast sandwich. It was delicious! Perfectly runny egg, crispy bacon and a soft, warm poppyseed roll. I wish I had added hash browns! The atmosphere is SO COZY! It was a drizzly morning when I went, and it was so cozy under the heaters. I kinda wanted to just hang out and sip coffee all morning. There are several areas to hang out, a little couch/fire pit area, a cozy corner with cushy chairs, picnic style tables and seating at the bar.

Got a cheese steak with mushrooms to-go and didn't get to it for about an hour and I will say still warm and delicious! The flavor is amazing and it's packed with meat so I will be going back and eating it fresh, sorry I can't give more then 3 stars for a food cart but the bar by it is nice.

Atmosphere is really cozy and calm. Eclectic furnishings give it a very homely feeling. Service was quick, staff were friendly - and the food was delicious. If you're in the area, definitely can recommend. Our group had the Buffalo chicken cheese, the regular chicken cheese, patty melt and the regular cheesteak. All items were prepared fresh, served hot and were really tasty.

Love the alley! Cozy and a great hang on both Sunny and rainy days. Best Philly cheesesteaks around town and the bread is always on point. Super friendly owners and Spikey is always happy to see you!

Fantastic all over. Real cheesesteaks made the right way. The pork roll was the best I've ever had. Fun environment really cool alley vibe decorated in a really good way. Decent drink selection. I will be back for sure.
